Mark Williams Ergatta

The event lasts for 5 hours and 30 minutes and is open to all ages. Free venue parking is available.

All proceeds directly support the Mark Williams Scholarship Fund for the Lake Lanier Rowing Club youth rowers in need of financial assistance. The LLRC aims to remain accessible to all youth in the North Georgia region through events like the Mark Williams Ergatta.

Here's what to expect:

• Rowing Events for All Levels: The competition caters to Masters and Junior competitors, offering opportunities for athletes at every stage of their journey.
• Open Team Relays: Local fitness gyms and functional fitness groups will compete head-to-head, testing strength and endurance.
• First Responders 911m Event: A unique event where firehouses and other first responder teams will compete for the title of North Georgia’s strongest.
• Cancer Survivors and Supporters Event: A celebration for individuals impacted by cancer, highlighting their resilience through rowing participation.
• Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three competitors in each event.
