Come together and celebrate Remembrance Day by getting active and outdoors; taking part in one of our Mateship Run events. For those who prefer a little distance; take on the unique 11.11km run; a nod to the signing of the Armistice to end fighting in World War 1 at the 11th hour, on the 11th day of the 11th month! That's not where the unique events end though; with the Mateship Relay; a 3-person relay for male, mixed or female teams (junior and senior divisions). The three legs are made-up of two; 2.4km legs and one lead-off leg of 6.31km - totalling the 11.11km that is to be synonymous with this event. The 2.4km aligns with the fitness testing protocols of or Armed Services! There will also be a 5km and 2.5km events; with participants of all ages and abilities encouraged to get involved; enjoying the beautiful creek-side course run in Currumbin with family & friends!

• 11.11km: A unique distance; a nod to Remembrance Day and the signing of the Armistice at the 11th hour on the 11th day on the 11th month!
• 5k: A flat, fast and fantastic 5k
• 2.5k: A great way for beginners, juniors and groups to be involved.
• Remembrance Relay: Three runners; two 2.4km legs and a longer 6.31km leg.
