Join us on October 22nd for the 7th Annual MAW's Cause 5K and 1K Fun Run/Walk to help the fight against SIDS and SUDC! This year we will be offering THREE options to participate with an in-person 5K, 1K Fun Run and Virtual 5K.

• Joining Virtually
  1. Register by 9/25
  2. Receive your shirt in the mail the week before the race
  3. Run or walk a 5K in the location of your choice on October 22nd
  4. Post your picture at the completion of the race on our facebook page #mawscause
• In-Person 5K (Timed Option)
  1. Register by 9/25
  2. Receive your shirt during pick-up TBD
  3. Run or Walk the 5K course through the beautiful city of Norris, TN *Note, this course does have hills.
• In-Person 1K Fun Run
  1. Register by 9/25
  2. Receive your shirt during pick-up TBD
  3. Walk the 1K course through the beautiful city of Norris, TN

The adult registration pricing is $30, which includes a race shirt and decal.
