Event Details
Registration for the McConnell Indoor Triathlon opens on May 5th. This thrilling indoor event includes:
- 10 minutes of swimming in a 25 yard pool
- 30 minutes on a stationary bike
- 20 minutes on a treadmill
Each heat will allow a maximum of 6 participants using three lanes, with two swimmers per lane. After the swimming segment, participants have a 10 minute transition to the cycling room.
Team Option
Teams of 2 or 3 can participate for a fee of $75. Each team must register together, and results are based on overall distance.
Charity Focus
This event supports the OhioHealth Behavioral Medicine/Addiction Medicine Fellowship, using proceeds to educate physicians on tackling the opioid epidemic.
