About the Event
Event Overview
The heat and humidity of a July Merrill's Mile is back! This endurance running challenge on a USA Track & Field certified course offers a unique experience. Runners will compete on a 12-foot wide paved (asphalt) loop with approximately 10 feet of elevation gain per lap.
Event Schedule
Start times are as follows:
- Friday 9am: 48 hour, 24 hour, 12 hour, 6 hour
- Friday 9pm: 24 hour, 12 hour, 6 hour
- Saturday 9am: 24 hour, 12 hour, 6 hour
- Saturday 9pm: 12 hour, 6 hour
Camping and Facilities
Camping will be available starting Thursday, July 10th after 4pm. Showers and facilities will be accessible throughout the event at The Overhang.
Courses and Aid Stations
Each lap is a 0.9951 mile course. Runners will switch running directions every six hours. A fully stocked aid station at the start/finish line will provide food and beverages continuously, including water, sports drinks, fruits, and snacks.
Registration Fees
Registration pricing is as follows:
- 48 Hour - $237.80
- 24 Hour - $131.30
- 12 Hour - $92.81
- 6 Hour - $60.93
Prices increase after April 20, so register early!
