Metric Marathon

The Metric Marathon is held the first weekend of October and is the sixth race of the Annapolis Striders Championship Series. The race features a scenic 26.2-kilometer (16.28-mile) course through Harwood area of Southern Anne Arundel County.

Entry fee: $15. Annapolis Striders members will receive a club discount at checkout, making the entry fee only $10.00. Race day registration will be $25.00 if the race is not sold out.

Time: 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM EDT

Course: This course features rolling hills on paved rural roads with more significant hills found at miles 12 and 14. This is an open road course. Please follow the directions of Police and course officials.

Aid Stations: There will be water and Gatorade on the course with 5 water stops at approximately 3-mile intervals.

Race Rules: Per insurance requirements, headphones, wheels, and pets are NOT allowed on the course.
