Miles for Mamas 5k

Location: Seattle, WA 98117 US (Greenlake Community Center Basketball Courts)
Join us for the Miles for Mamas 5K, supporting the Manyoni Mama Project to bring an ultrasound machine to St. Maria de Mattias Hospital in rural Tanzania. Whether you're nearby or across the country, you can run or walk from wherever you are!

What’s Included:
- FREE T-shirt for the first 50 registered participants (virtual or in-person)
- Finisher medal for everyone (virtual or in-person)
Optional Fundraising Challenge: Collect donations and receive a prize and your registration fee refunded.
Your participation will help bring an ultrasound machine to a rural community in Tanzania, giving mothers safer pregnancies and helping families access lifesaving care.
