Minooka Summerfest 5k

The Minooka Summerfest 5k will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025. The race will start at 8:00AM CDT and end around 10:00AM CDT.
Registration:

• Online registration is $35.00 plus online fee. Online registration closes June 12th.
• Registrations after June 2nd will be $40.00.
• Friday Night & Race Day Registration: $40.00. Registration and packet pickup will be held on Friday, June 13th from 6:00pm till 8:00pm AND on race day from 6:30am to 7:30am under the big tent at the corner of Wabena Ave. and Mondamin St. Please pay by cash or checks payable to Minooka Lions Club.

Race Day: Saturday, June 14th, 2025

• Registration: 6:45am to 7:45am
• 5k Run begins at 8:00am

Course: Out and back, 5k (3.1 miles). Split times at 1 and 2 miles. Water available at the finish, and on the course. Race will be held on closed village streets, paved and rolling hills.
Age Categories: 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74, 75 and above.
Awards: First Overall Male and Female, and top 2 in each age category. Ceremony will be held after the kid’s races in the registration tent. Raffle prizes will be drawn based on bib numbers. We’re giving away over $200 worth of gift certificates.
Chip Timing: Professional race chip timing by J3 Timing. Results will be posted on www.j3timing.com by Sunday, June 15th and on the Minooka Lions Club website.
