Calling all brave souls and daring spirits! The Monster Dash 5KM is set to take place on Sunday, October 26th, in Burnaby, BC. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a frightfully good time, this event is perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit!

• Mini Monster Dash: 400-metre run for children, costumes encouraged!

• Regular Registration: $10.00

Additional Information

The minimum recommended age requirement is 10 years old and above, and children aged 10 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Children 13-17 can participate without an adult but must follow course rules. Participants under 18 require a legal guardian's signature on waivers.

Families are encouraged to stay and cheer on the 5K participants after the Mini Monster Dash!

Food and drinks will be provided for all participants. Please note, there are no refunds for entry payments or transfers.
