Montana Women's Triathlon

Event Overview

MTWTri is a user-friendly multisport event in Helena, starting at the 50 meter outdoor pool in Memorial Park. Participants swim a 500 meter distance, which equals 10 lengths of the pool. The bike course is a flat 10 mile ride through Centennial Park to Ten Mile Park and back, with some gravel sections and paved trails. The 3 mile run/walk mostly occurs in Centennial Park, featuring scenic trails.

Registration Information

Registration opens on January 1, 2025. Participants can register individually or as a team, encouraging support and camaraderie among women. The event also supports community organizations such as Girls Thrive and YMCA youth swim programs.
