The MOVE YOUR MIND 5K is more than just a run and walk — it’s a celebration of community, compassion, and coastal fun! Whether you’re racing, strolling, or just soaking up the sun, you’ll be surrounded by live music, beach vibes, refreshing treats, and smiling faces. Every step supports Memory Matters, a local hero in providing care, education, and hope for those impacted by cognitive decline.
