Race Info

The MRT 5k to 50k is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Statesville, NC. This event offers a variety of distances: 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, 25k, 30k, 35k, 40k, 45k, and 50k.

The race takes place at the Statesville Soccer Complex Greenway. The course is described as easy running on an asphalt path, weather permitting, utilizing a 5k loop for all distances. Water will be provided at the start/finish of each loop. Participants are advised to bring their own fueling and snacks.

Awards will be given for overall, masters, and 5-year age groups. This race is part of the 2026 Championship Series, requiring participation in 12 out of 20 races to be eligible for the championship. Prize money is available for the top 5 male and female Championship Winners.
