Join us for the Muddy Sneaker, a rigorous 20K trail run set in the beautiful Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area. This year marks the 25th anniversary of this thrilling race!

Participants will experience a challenging course with rapid elevation loss and gain, navigating through natural terrain that includes rocks, roots, snow, ice, and stream crossings.
