NAMI Rockland 5K Run and Walk 2025
Join us on September 14th for NAMI Rockland’s 5K annual Run / Walk for Wellness to raise money for local programs and services that promote mental health awareness and end the stigma. Runners and Walkers will participate in the 5K starting at 8:00 AM EDT. This race will be held rain or shine. There is a $30 registration fee for both runners and walkers. Race Day registration is $35.
