New Deal 50K
Inspired by the JFK 50 miler, this race offers a mix of road and trail running. Participants have all of February to complete the 35-mile course, starting and finishing at the Country Store in Pine Mountain, GA. It's a self-supported event with aid stations available at trail heads.
Route: Start at the Country Store, run Highway 190 to the trailhead on Highway 27 (12 miles), then take the PMT trail back to the Country Store (23 miles).
Results: Results are tracked via Strava. Finishers receive a sticker, with a hat as an optional add-on.
