Description: Get ready for a unique test of skill and strategy at the No Pain, No Chain, a chainless downhill race that challenges riders to rely entirely on momentum and technique. All participants must remove their bike chains before racing, making this an event where pumping, cornering, and line choice are more important than ever. With a couple of punchy uphill sections sprinkled in, racers will have to think fast: stay on the bike or jump off and run?

• Open Practice: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
• Timed Race Runs: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM EDT
• Awards Ceremony: 3:30 PM EDT

Course Description: The course will utilize the blue square downhill trail called “Paper Route” and a newly opened trail, “Return to Sender”. These trails combine for 1.3 miles and are a mix of machine-built flow features and more natural technical sections. The trail takes riders from the top of American Express over to the bottom of the Sun Bowl lift, under the Snowbridge, before making its way to the base area.
