NODA Halloween Freaky 5k

The NoDaWeen Freaky 5K is a fun run hosted by the NoDa “NBA” – Neighborhood and Business Association. Come run through one of Charlotte’s most historic and spookiest neighborhoods. Participants are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes as prizes will be handed out for best costumes and for fastest runners. A post-run party will be held at NoDa Company Store. This race is great for experienced and beginner runners or walkers and for families, friends, teenagers, kids, and strollers! Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Pre-register by Friday, 10/17/2025 and receive a stylish t-shirt with your race package! Youth sizes also available. As a 501C3 non-profit organization, net proceeds from the Freaky 5K benefit NoDa NBA community projects. Race Day Details

Race Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025 (rain or shine)
5k Race Start Time: 5pm
Course Description: Relatively flat, small hills, city road terrain and great course for spectators
Packet Pick up: Friday, October 24th from 4pm-6pm, Saturday, October 25th from 3pm – 4:30pm (NoDa Company Store)
Prizes and Costume Contest: Starting at 5:45pm at NoDa Company Store – Prizes for race participants only but spectators are welcome to view the fun!
Post Race Party: 6:00pm - 9:00pm at The Company Store (3221 Yadkin Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205). Costumes are encouraged! More details to come.
