The Novant Health Wilmington NC Marathon takes place on Saturday, February 28th, 2026. It includes a Half Marathon, Marathon, 5K, 1 mile, and Virtual options for Half Marathon, Marathon, and 5K.
In-Person Races:
- Half Marathon: $95 - $105 (Price increases after September 30, 2025)
- Marathon: $120 - $135 (Price increases after September 30, 2025)
- 5K: $45 - $55 (Price increases after September 30, 2025)
- 1 mile: Free (Registration ends February 26, 2026)
Virtual Races:
- Virtual Half Marathon: $60
- Virtual Marathon: $75
- Virtual 5K: $30
