Oktoberfest Races: 10k run and 5k run/walk

The Silverton Runners Club and Oktoberfest are teaming up to host the Oktoberfest 5k and 10k races. The races have a little something for every type of runner. Every finisher will receive a pint glass and a ticket for a complimentary beer at the Oktoberfest.

What you need to know:

• The 10k course will be new this year.
• Strollers are allowed (line up in the back).
• No dogs allowed.
• Day-of registration available.
• 10k runners: Maintain at least a 15:00/mile pace.
• Course closes at 10:30 AM.
• Proceeds support local school track and cross country programs.
• Packet pick-up: Sunday at 7:00 AM at Kennedy High School track.
• Day-of registration: 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
• Guarantee a t-shirt: Register and purchase before September 1st (limited extra shirts race day).

Courses and prices:

• Oktoberfest 5k run/walk: 5K, Prices: $25.00 - $30.00 - $40.00
• Oktoberfest 10k run: 10K, Prices: $30.00 - $35.00 - $45.00

Online registration ends Saturday, September 13th at noon. There are no refunds.
