Join us for a festive run and walk experience starting at the historic Fair Grounds Racetrack and finishing at the iconic Deutsches Haus in the heart of New Orleans. You'll enjoy a scenic route that takes you around the racetrack before returning to the lively atmosphere of the Deutsches Haus. Every registered participant will receive two FREE entries into the New Orleans Oktoberfest ($20 value!), offering authentic German food, music, and dancing.

Race Info:

• 5K Price: $30 (NOTC Members receive $5 off)
• NOTC Family Price: $55
• Registration Opens: April 23, 2026 at 12:00am CDT
• Start Time: 4:00 PM CDT

Pre-Race Packet Pickup: TBA, Fair Grounds - Black & Gold Room, 2 - 6 PM

Race Day Info:

• 2:30 PM - Packet Pickup & Late Registration (Start Line - Fair Grounds)
• 3:45 PM - Late Registration Closes
• 4:00 PM - 5K Start Time
• 5:45 PM - Award Ceremony (subject to change)

Horsepower Challenge: Top male and female runners to make it around the track receive awesome prizes.

Free Access to New Orleans Oktoberfest: Race bib grants two (2) FREE entries ($20 value!) into the New Orleans Oktoberfest. Race bib tickets are available to use any weekend at the NOLA Oktoberfest but are one use ONLY.

Race Day Event Schedule:

• 2:30 PM - Packet Pickup and Registration
• 4:00 PM - 5K
• 6:00 PM - Award Ceremony on the main Oktoberfest Stage (subject to change)
