The Open Door Outreach Center Julie RUN TO END HUNGER annual 5k run/walk and 1 mile run/walk will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025. All the race details you need:

Location: Oakland Community College – Highland Lakes Campus, 7550 Cooley Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48327

5k run/walk Pricing: $40 until 9/19. $50 race day. (shirts not guaranteed with registrations after August 31st, 2025)

Get a cool race t-shirt: T-shirt is guaranteed with paid registration by end of day August 31st, 2025. T-shirts may be available after that date as supplies last. We are offering adult unisex small thru XXL. Valid for the 5k run/walk only.

1 mile run/walk: $15, no shirt included.

Race day packet pickup and registration: 8:00 am at the race start line.

Schedule: Race starts at 9:00 am.

5k Awards: Trophy to Male and Female overall winners. Medals to first place Male and Female in age groups: 17 and under, 18-39, 40-59, 60 and over

1 Mile: Participation Ribbons to 1 mile participants

Proceeds: Proceeds from the event go to Open Door Outreach Center to feed hungry families in our community

Timing: The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and online at the results tab.
