Calling all open water swimmers! The Peaks to Portland, one of the world’s oldest open-water swims, is returning once again. This historic 2.4-mile challenge crosses Casco Bay from Peaks Island to Portland’s East End Beach. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a recreational swimmer seeking a unique adventure, Peaks to Portland offers an unforgettable race experience benefiting the YMCA of Southern Maine.
The Peaks to Portland Swim is a fundraising event for the YMCA of Southern Maine. Funds raised by each swimmer support critical programs for children and families across local YMCA branches. The registration fee covers participation only and does not count toward the required fundraising minimum outlined during registration.
Registration is open and spots are limited. Additional spots may be added, but availability is not guaranteed. Registration closes Friday, July 10 at midnight, or when all spots are filled—whichever comes first!
