Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025
Location: Petrified Forest National Park, 1 Park Road, Petrified Forest, United States
This event features two riding options:
- Metric Century: 100 km (63 miles) round trip through the park, starting and ending at Kachina Point/Painted Desert Inn.
- Metric Half-Century: 50 km (31 miles) one-way trip to Rainbow Forest, with return transportation to the start.
The ride begins at 7 a.m. and includes stops for refreshments. All proceeds support scholarships at Northland Pioneer College.
Costs and Registration
Cost: $135 per rider, which includes a rider t-shirt. Registration is limited to 250 riders.
For 2025, every rider who raises at least $500 in sponsorships will receive a free, customized 'Pedal the Petrified' jersey!
Additional Information
Participants must sign a waiver, adhere to park regulations, and wear helmets during the ride. Children aged 10 and over may participate with a designated adult. No e-bikes are allowed unless they are pedal-assist types.
