Events:
- Kids Triathlon - Ages 6-14: 100 yd swim / 3 mile bike / 1K run. $40 (until August 1st), $45 (after August 1st)
- Adults Beginner Triathlon - Ages 15+: 200 yd swim / 6 mile bike / 2 mile run. $50 (until August 1st), $55 (after August 1st)
- Ainsley's Angels: $50 (until August 1st), $55 (after August 1st)
- Ainsley's Captains: Free
Packet Pickup: Friday, August 22, 2025, 2 pm-5 pm at Southern Bicycle, 722 E. Prien Lake Road, Lake Charles, LA 70601. Race day pickup available at SPAR from 5:30-6:30 am (adults) and 8:00-8:30 am (kids).
Age Groups: Kids: 6-8, 9-11, 12-14. Adults: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+
Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for male and female in each age group.
