Come and enjoy a Sunday afternoon run in Monticello, GA. The Cougar Paw Crawl offers both a Fun Run and a 5K.

Events

• 1-mile Fun Run: Starts at 2:00 PM EDT. Price: $20.00, increases to $30.00 after February 27, 2026.
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 2:30 PM EDT. Price: $25.00, increases to $30.00 after February 27, 2026.
• 5K Virtual: Price: $25.00. Registration ends March 8, 2026.

Race Day Schedule

• 1:00 PM: Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration
• 2:00 PM: Fun Run / Walk
• 2:30 PM: Cougar Paw Crawl 5K
• 3:30 PM: Awards

Course Information

The 5K course is a challenging course with a couple of good hills! The 5K starts and finishes at Piedmont Academy. The course runs along Hwy 126 into an adjacent neighborhood and returns to the school.

Awards

Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and specific age groups.

Virtual Option

Run your 3.1 miles anywhere. Keep track of your time. Submit your finish time HERE. Virtual runners are not eligible for t-shirts or race day awards.

The Cougar Paw Crawl 5K is proud to be a part of the Black Bag Race Series and the Clover Glove Race Series.
