Pleasant Mount Firecracker 5K
The 12th Annual Pleasant Mount Firecracker 5K Race, planned by Boy Scout Troop 407, is an annual fundraiser supporting scouts' summer camp. This 6-day camp fosters physical, social, and mental development. The race kicks off the Fourth of July celebration in Pleasant Mount, PA, followed by a parade and festivities at the Pleasant Mount Community Center.

- Distance: 3.1 miles (5K)
- Registration: Online registration available until July 3rd at 12 PM. Children 10 and under are free.
- Prices: $20 (until May 30th), $25 (May 31st-June 15th), $30 (after June 15th)
- Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each age category. Overall male and female winners.
Participants can run or walk, but must complete the course within one hour.
