P.O. Chris Hoban Memorial 5 Miler, 5K Run/Walk and Kid's Dash

Description: The P.O. Chris Hoban Memorial 5 Mile and 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by the Xaverian Police Alumni. The 5-mile run starts and finishes at Xaverian, running along the promenade to the Verrazano Bridge and back. The 5K route is a harbor promenade out-and-back course. The Kid's Dash takes place after the main runs. All participants receive a t-shirt and medal (while supplies last). A post-race awards party includes a barbecue, beverages, DJ, prizes, and children's activities.
