Polar Bear 5K
You run faster when it's cold, right? Come Run for the 🥶Chill of it...all the "cool" runners are doing it!
RACE HIGHLIGHTS
- Participants get a super fun long sleeve shirt!
- FREE Photos - posted right alongside your race results!
- Chill refreshments at the finish line.
- Free Kids Fun Run, approximately a 200-meter run for those 8 & Under
- Special appearance by Polie the Polar Bear.

Packet Pickup
Advance pick-up at Road Runner Sports (8457 S. Yosemite St., Lone Tree, CO 80124) 11am - 2pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026
Race day pick-up opens at 8:00 a.m. near the start line at Washington Park.
The Polar Bear 5K Run/Walk is part of the RunDenver Series.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- 8:00 AM - Registration/Packet Pickup opens
- 8:40 AM - Polie's Kids Fun Run Start (200 meters)
- 9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk Starts
- 10:00 AM - Awards & Costume Contest
