The Pompton Lakes PBA Local 161 invites you to our 1st 5K Run/Walk. This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all levels. Check in begins at 8:00 A.M. and the race starts at 9:00 A.M. First 100 people to register will receive a t-shirt. Age group medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female times in each age group: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
