Pony Express Half Marathon & 5K

Join us for the 7th annual Pony Express Half Marathon & 5K on September 6, 2025. This event will take place in historic downtown Marysville, KS, giving runners a chance to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Blue River Rail Trail and downtown area.

The half marathon will begin at 8:00 AM followed by the 5K Run at 8:15 AM. Each participant will receive a race t-shirt, with half marathon finishers receiving a medal. Awards will be given to the top overall winners. Registration for both races will end on August 31, 2025, at 11:00 PM CDT.

Course Information

• Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles - $75
• 5K Run: 5K - $40
• Half Marathon - Virtual: 13.1 Miles - $85
• 5K Run - Virtual: 5K - $50

Throughout the day, various activities will celebrate the event, including the Pony Express 120 Gravel Dash bike race. Additionally, food and drink will be abundant. Don't forget, this year features a virtual option where you can run your race anytime between August 31st and September 15th.
