Participants can complete their 5k distance at their own pace, with mileage allowed to be broken up over several days.

Registration Deadline: June 19th
Race Swag Available to Pick Up: July 14th at the Health and Wellness Center
Mileage Dates: July 14th - July 27th
Optional In-Person Day: Tuesday, July 22nd @ 12 pm at the Crystal Lake Park Large Pavilion
