Proud Strides x BTND Halloween Run
Get ready for a spooky, sparkly, and speedy Halloween evening!
- 18:15 – Meet to drop your bags and get ready
- 18:30 - Warm-up: A fun group warm-up to get those legs moving
- Run: 5K around Vondelpark at a conversational pace— costumes are a must! (the more creative, the better!)
- Glow gear: Light sticks will be provided so everyone can spot our gorgeous outfits in the dark
- Celebrate: Post-run drinks!
About Proud Strides: An LGBTQ+ and ally-friendly running club in Amsterdam, offering social 5k runs at a relaxed pace, followed by coffee meetups.
About BTND: Better The Next Day (BTND.) is a run-crew and community based in Amsterdam, focusing on inclusive, supportive, and joyful movement, connection, and wellbeing.
