Providence Monster Dash 5K - Kids Dash

Join us for the annual Providence Monster Dash on Sunday, October 26, 2025 in Downtown Providence, RI. Celebrate Halloween with loved ones and run or walk this fun Halloween 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids' race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

Events:

• Monster Dash 5K: 3.1 miles. Walkers are welcome. No pets allowed; strollers must start at the back.
• Kids Monster Dash: Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under. Parents may run with their children. Girls race first, followed by boys.
• VIRTUAL Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 miles

Costume Contest: $100 for the best individual costume; $200 for the best team costume (minimum 3 people).
