PSP Southwestern Ontario Virtual Race 2

Join PSP Southwestern Ontario in a 5km, 10km and 15km Race! Race anytime between August 30th and September 6th. Prizes to be won (prize announcements coming soon)! 8 week training plan provided upon registration. Work to beat your time from the previous race! Join with your Unit to compete for fastest Unit (5km race only)! Ensure your "Team" during registration is your Unit. The first person to register must create the Team. The Fastest Unit will be determined by the unit with the lowest average time of their top 3 fastest runners in the 5km race. Minimum of 3 runners to register and complete the race on the unit team to be eligible. Open to all active-duty CAF members and PSP rec membership holders. Participants will run races virtually on run tracking apps. We encourage you to run with your unit and/or fellow members to increase teamwork and camaraderie.
