Puerto Rico Road Race Championship

The Puerto Rico Road Race Championship is set to take place as follows:

• April 27: 1 Mile - San Juan
• June 22: 5K - Carolina
• August 24: Half Marathon (Relay ONLY) - Toa Baja
• October 12: 10K - Mayagüez
• December 7: 21K - Ponce

All events culminate in a Fan Zone courtesy of our sponsors. Registration includes a shirt and cap for those who enroll in the series (4 races), and these items will also be available for sale.

Categories for the Series:

• Men and Women (age determined by year of birth)
• Sub-20 (16-19 years)
• Senior (20-34 years)
• Master A (35-40 years)
• Master B (36-40 years)
• Master C (41-45 years)
• Master D (46-50 years)
• Master E (51-55 years)
• Master F (56-60 years)
• Master G (61-65 years)
• Master H (66-70 years)
• Master I (71 years or older)

Categories for the Half Marathon Relays (Toa Baja):

• Men and Women (age determined by year of birth)
• Sub-20 (16-19 years)
• Master I (35-49 years)
• Master II (50 years or older)

Relays can be Male, Female, or Mixed (2 men and 2 women) - the order for mixed relays must be woman - man - woman - man.

Awards:

Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three places: 1st place $100.00, 2nd place $60.00, 3rd place $40.00. In the senior category, cash prizes will be: 1st place $500.00, 2nd place $300.00, 3rd place $200.00.

Event management may consider grouping categories and celebrating them in a series.
