Pump Up the Pace

Join us at Wichita State University on October 25, 2025 for Pump Up the Pace, a high-energy event that combines competition, community, and a cause. This year’s race supports Harbor House, Wichita’s local domestic violence shelter, helping provide safety and resources to survivors and their families. Participants can choose between a traditional 5K race or team up for our relay event, where groups work together to complete the course in true team spirit. Whether you are striving for a personal best or simply enjoying the excitement of running with friends, this event offers an opportunity for everyone to get involved. All proceeds go directly to Harbor House, and additional donations are encouraged to further support survivors and their families. Join us in making a difference.
