Putnam County Family YMCA Turkey Trot
The Putnam County Family YMCA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day event including a 5K and a 1-mile Kids Gobble Wobble. The event benefits the YMCA’s Annual Giving Campaign, funding outreach programs such as Learn to Swim and cancer recovery initiatives.
Events:
- Turkey Trot 5K: 8:00AM - 10:30AM CST. $27.50 (includes $2.50 fee)
- Kids Gobble Wobble - 1 mile: 7:30AM - 7:55AM CST. $13.72 (includes $1.72 fee). Open to ages 1-12.
Location: 235 Raider Dr, Cookeville, TN 38501 US
Race Route: Putnam County Family YMCA start, circling around Old Kentucky Road to Old Walton Road, turn right on East Hudgens Road and then left on Raider Drive.
Packet Pickup: Wednesday, November 27, 3 pm - 6 pm at Avery Trace Middle School (across from the YMCA).
Awards: Top three winners in each age division for the 5K receive awards. Overall male and female winners receive a three-month free family YMCA membership. Kids Gobble Wobble participants receive a custom medal.
