Event Details

The Quad Cities Distance Classic in Moline, IL, offers runners an exciting opportunity to participate in two fantastic races: a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and a 5k.

Course Information

• Half Marathon: 13.1 miles, starting at Bass Street, 4 loops along River Drive & Bike Path with 4 water stops.
• 5k: 3.1 miles, a fast and flat loop course with splits every mile and one water station.

Awards

Prize money of $100 for overall Male and Female Winners. Awards will also be given to top finishers in age groups: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Overall winners and Masters winners are ineligible for age group awards.

Registration

Registration and packet pickup will occur on Saturday, May 10th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Stoney Creek Inn, located at Bass Street and River Drive, Moline, IL. On race day, May 11th, registration opens at 6:30 AM, with the races starting at 7:30 AM.

Important Notes

Course protection will be provided until 10:30 AM. After this time, participants must use sidewalks if they are still on the course, with the clock stopping at 10:30 AM.

Training Runs

Free Half Marathon training runs will start on March 16th, 2024, at McDonald’s, Kimberly & Eastern, Davenport at 7:30 AM, open to all runners.
