Description: This is a "choose your own distance" open water swim intended for USMS and USAT athletes. It's a sanctioned USAT clinic and USMS-supervised practice held on a 15-acre spring-fed lake. The main course is 750 meters, with athletes completing as many laps as desired. The event includes a mass start and chip timing.

Safety Information: Water temperature is expected to be in the high-70s or low-80s Fahrenheit. Wetsuits and personal floatation buoys are permitted. There will be 10-12 Red Cross certified lifeguards and emergency services on-site.
