Description: The USATF certified 5K is a fast out-and-back course with a minimum grade hill providing an excellent opportunity for obtaining a new personal record. USATF certification number: GA15022DJ. All race proceeds benefit the Project ReNeWal Shelter for Victims of Family Violence and the Rockdale County Taskforce Against Family Violence.

Race Day Schedule:
7:30 AM: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
8:30 AM: Race Against Violence 5K
9:30 AM: Awards Ceremony

Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the following categories: Overall Male and Female, Masters and Grand Masters winners. Awards will also be given to the top three male and female age group winners for ages: 10&under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and above.

Race Series and Finishline Management: The Race Against Violence 5K is proud to be a member of the Black Bag Race Series. Finishline management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.

Inclement Weather: Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
