Race for a Place to Call Home

Join us on Saturday, August 16, 2025, for the fourth annual Race for a Place to Call Home to benefit Project 16:49. This event takes place in Janesville’s beautiful Riverside Park; the start/finish line is located at the North Pavilion. Registration/check-in is from 6:45 to 7:15 AM. The first runners will start at 7:30 AM; walkers will begin after all runners are on the course. The event will be held rain or shine! Professional chipped timing will be provided for all runners. The course is flat and fast—a great opportunity to set a new PR. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in the men's and women's 5K and 10K timed events, along with other prizes for age group winners.
