The Race for Glory 5K Fun Run & 1-Mile Walk will take place on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, at Buckeye Woods Park, Medina, OH. Registration begins at 8:00am, with the 5K starting at 9:00am and the 1-Mile Walk immediately following.
Course Information
- 5K Run: Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00
- 1-Mile Walk: Distance: 1 mile, Price: $15.00
Awards
Awards will be presented to the top male and female runners overall in the 5K, as well as the top three male and female finishers in various age categories.
Organizer
The event is organized by Thomas Schmidt and board members from local organizations. All proceeds benefit the Society, Medina County Special Olympics, Ohio, Integrated Community Solutions, and the Knights of Columbus Council #4168.
