About the Race
The Race for Refugees began in 2017 in response to the initial federal travel ban on Muslim-majority nations. This event brings people together to celebrate multiculturalism and support essential services for refugees and immigrants.
Registration Options
- Timed 5K Run/Walk: $25 (Jan 16 – Mar 31), $30 (Apr 1 – Apr 12), $35 (Apr 13 – Apr 18)
- Youth Timed 5K (ages 12 & under): $15 (all dates)
- Untimed 1 mile run/walk: $15 (all dates)
Online registration closes at 11:59 PM on April 18, 2025.
Packet Pickup Information
Pre-race packet pickup at Running Niche on:
- Thursday, April 17th: 3 PM - 6 PM
- Friday, April 18th: 3 PM - 6 PM
Awards
Awards will be given to the top overall male & female finishers as well as age group winners.
