Event Details:
The 2025 Rainbow Cup Tobago is an International Triathlon held in Tobago W.I (in the Caribbean). Competitors come from all different islands and as far as from the UK, Spain, Canada and Germany. There are multiple events taking place:
- Sprint Distance Triathlon
- Standard Distance Triathlon
- 5k Run
- Team Relay Triathlon
- Kids Triathlon events
All these events will happen on the same day.

- Fri, June 6, 2025 - Race Briefing (Standard/Sprint/Try-a-Tri/Youth 10-15) at 5:30 PM
- Sat, June 7, 2025 - Standard Distance Triathlon Starts 7:00 AM
- Sat, June 7, 2025 - Sprint Distance Triathlon Starts 7:02 AM
- Sat, June 7, 2025 - Various Youth and Try-a-Tri events throughout the day
