Rampart Rager Gravel 2025

Location: 2 El Paso Blvd, Manitou Springs, United States

This course starts at the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, taking you directly into the Garden of the Gods. The short course takes one loop around the Garden before ascending Rampart Range Road to the top of Rampart Range Lookout, then returning to the Lodge. The long course continues past the turnaround, featuring 13 miles of forest road, jeep trail, and single track. It is beautiful yet challenging, requiring decent gravel bike handling skills.

Event details and schedule: A very fast cyclist will complete the full ride in 4-5 hours, while a strong cyclist may take about 5-6 hours, and a moderate cyclist may require 7-8 hours. The first 2+ hours are mostly uphill, so pace yourself for a long, enjoyable day in the saddle.

A “Cut-Off” time will be established for reaching each checkpoint, based on an average moving time of 10 mph, including stopped time. Times may be adjusted as needed for safety due to weather or course conditions. An After Party will be held at the Buffalo Lodge (time TBD) – finish as fast and safely as you can to attend!
