Rec Jam 5k

Join us for the Rec Jam 5k on September 13, 2025 at 9:00 PM EDT, taking place at 550 Vance Street, Waynesville, NC.

This course starts and finishes at the Waynesville Recreation Center, with approximately 60ft of elevation gain, making it a flat and fast course. It's suitable for both competitive runners and families looking for a fun morning.

The Rec Jam 5k is a fundraiser for Waynesville Parks & Recreation, which has been an integral part of community life for 25 years.

Participants will receive a commemorative race shirt & chip timing. Strollers are welcome, and friendly dogs on leashes are allowed on the course.
