Red Barn Challenge 2025

Event Details

Date: October 3 - 4, 2025
Location: Red Barn Challenge, 1315 and 1355 Pottsville Street, Lykens, PA

Race Format

This chip-timed event features a one-mile loop, mostly grass and mulched, with an elevation of about 70 feet per mile.

Start Times

• 24hr STARTS promptly at 6 PM October 3
• 12hr STARTS at 6 AM October 4
• 6hr STARTS at 12 PM October 4

All participants will finish together at 6 PM October 4.

Awards and Amenities

Each participant will receive a cozy sweatshirt or a new blanket to keep warm. Awards will be given to the top male and female in each time bracket.

Food and Support

Food aid includes general ultra running foods like potatoes, rice, broth, and hydration options including TAILWIND. The event supports local organizations including Wiconisco Fire Company.

Camping

Camping is available all weekend with easy access to campsites and parking trackside.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be available at 50% until July 1, 2025.
