Red Coyote Puppy Love 5K

Join the Pack for a 5K run or walk with and for your best four-legged friends. The event will support the mission of 405 Animal Rescue and you might even have the chance to meet and adopt a new running buddy!

This race is 100% dog friendly for all well-socialized pups on a leash. We do ask that any owners running with dogs be prepared with a "pick up" bag to attend to any unscheduled potty breaks (yours or theirs) on the course.

There will be regular awards for the top three men and women finishers and the winners of the USATF age divisions. We'll also have a prize for the first male and female finisher with a dog! For additional fun, participate in our costume contest! We'll have a special prize for the doggo / owner with the most amazing get up.

The race is scheduled for Sunday, February 23rd, 2 pm at Stars & Stripes Park in OKC. Weather permitting, we'll have pups from our partners at 405 Rescue to meet, greet, and adopt. We also encourage all of you to dress up your friends for a canine costume contest.

Packet Pickup: Red Coyote Oklahoma City store (5720 N Classen 73118) on Friday, February 14th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Also available on-site at the race starting at 1:00 pm.

Course: A loop route on recreational trails at Lake Hefner, pet and stroller friendly.

Timing: MyLaps Bib Tag timing with live online results.

Race Insurance: Optional race insurance available during registration.
