- Meet time: 5:45pm, for a 6:00pm run start
- Where: Rise, Exchange flags, Liverpool, L2 3QT
- Distance: 5K route around Liverpool (Spooky AF)
- Free gift: Rise always got the goodies for those lucky few
- Post Run: Enjoy Coffee/ Electrolytes/ Home made bevs
- Bag drop area available for you to leave bags / jackets before the run*.
