Event Details
This modified triathlon includes:
- Tri-Hard: 1-mile kayak, 6.5-mile bike loop, and 1.5-mile run.
- Tri-Harder: 2-mile kayak, 16-mile bike loop, and 3.5-mile run.
Participants will receive a T-shirt if registered before 6/1/2024. All kayak participants must wear a PFD. Sign up as a relay team or a free agent for individual events. All abilities welcome!
